I am very pleased with the work on my truck recently. The mechanic forgot to reinstall the splash plate. It was reinstalled the next morning. I am very pleased with the work!

Staff was very helpful. Went and got a price quote on a last min notice. I can’t think of the lady's name but she’s very nice and sweet. Got the price quote for a four wheel alignment and it was better than any other place I called or visit. They got me in and out bright and early the next morning. The mechanic notified me about the side marker light and I asked him about the control arm bushing. Was it the top or bottom and he told me the bottom. Overall I’ll keep going to them when I need some suspension work done.

The shop helps repair our truck. The problem we had, was our truck broke down after they fixed it, they picked us up and took us to a motel and left us for 2 days without a vehicle to go get food or whatever we needed to do. That should not have happened.

Absolutely a God send. I needed my suv fixed so my family and I could get home. I called them and walked in, in tears because I had gotten the run around by the scam of a shop next door. I was treated with respect and dignity. I explained the problem and codes and that I was almost certain it was the fuel pump though the trans fluid is brownish. The owners son explained they would look it over and take care of it like their wife and kids would be in it. I was right about the fuel pump. He got it ordered and fixed while I was still sitting there. Saving me from spending money on another night in a hotel with my kids waiting to get the hour home. We will be driving the hour back for all service needs!

I've taken 2 cars to this shop and got great results. 1st car needed an A/C and they fixed it. Second car needed a new ignition and it was fixed in 1 day. They are a little expensive but they do great work. I guess you get what you pay for. I will use them again if needed.

Found them to be very professional. I could not ask for better help.i called for locksmith yesterday and couldn't find any one..but I do have other problems with my vehicle but 1 of them was my key fog and key wasn't working anymore and delta auto towing was assigned to me they came out in less than 30min... thanks 🙏

They took car of me and got my car to a mechanic shop with no hassle. They come very quick so be prepared. Zoe was the driver he handled it very professionally. I will save the number for future use hopefully I won’t have to but they will be an option if im in a bind and my car won’t run and im stranded.

I highly recommend this establishment. While traveling from Memphis to Baton Rouge to visit my son, I encountered car trouble and they accommodated me in their busy schedule. We managed to order the necessary part with just nine minutes to spare before closing. Although I was stranded for three hours, the staff made me feel exceptionally welcome. Notably, the owner even offered to wait with me until my son arrived to pick me up, despite it being after closing time on a Friday afternoon. Although the car trouble was an unexpected inconvenience, Delta Auto ensured that my experience was as comfortable as possible.

Today, I was working out of town in Canton, MS, when my truck's axle started leaking. Being 250 miles from home left me in an interesting predicament. I hopped on Google and found Delta Auto nearby, read some reviews, and decided to give them a call. The owner, Chris, and his son, Devin, were able to work on my truck the same day. They helped educate me on the extent of the damage and quickly obtained replacement parts to start repairs. A few hours later, I was back on the road and safely home with my family. Typically, I don't leave reviews, but in this situation, I couldn't resist. I'm sure most folks reading this are like me and loathe the thought of unexpected auto repairs, especially when traveling out of town. However, in this situation, I don't feel that way. I left feeling grateful for their hard work, kindness, and thorough education on my repair. I took a stack of business cards and plan on handing them out to my fellow out-of-town construction workers currently working in Canton! Thanks again to Chris, Devin, Pat, and the Delta team. It was truly a pleasure doing business with you!

This shop has the most professional, reliable and courteous staff that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their work ethic and knowledge of automobiles is exemplary. Managers, Walter and Chris are very involved with keeping their customers satisfied and the Customer service representatives, Pat and Eric always keep the customers informed on the progress and completion of the job being done. The customer service and towing organizer, Brooks has a multitude of hats she wears and is able to help with any kind of concern that can't be handled by the rest of the staff.
